Potrero Power Station Redevelopment Headed for Final Approval

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors granted initial approvals to the redevelopment of the Potrero Power Station on the Central Waterfront, putting the project within arms' reach of final approval, which is expected to come at next week’s board hearing. 

Developer Associate Capital proposes 2,600 homes, 1.2 million square feet of office and research and development space, 100,000 square feet of retail, a 200-room hotel and six acres of parks and open space in phases at the 29-acre site, which was purchased for $86 million in 2016.
